Nestle in a serene neighborhood with lots of large, old oak trees, this cozy cottage is located within minutes of all the essentials that you would ever need and many entertainment places. It is located within minutes from HEB, Walmart, a movie theater and lots of restaurants, including a short distance to both Schertz and Cibolo Main Street. Conveniently, we are also less than 8 miles away from Natural Bridge Caverns, Wild Life Farm, and even about 12 miles to Schlitterbahn waterpark. With easy access to everything, you will still be able to feel like you're in the country, while being able to immerse in the funs of the local area. With a fully remodel home, with up to-date amenities, this cottage contains 3 bedrooms, with 2 baths, a spacious laundry area-mudroom, a comforting living room, and dining room. Furthermore, the master bedroom conveniently has an adjoining master bathroom, with both a walk in shower and a claw foot tub. There are also two additional cozy bedrooms, tastefully decorated for your comfort. The first bedroom contains two twin sized beds and an office desk, and the other includes a twin size trundle with a pull out. We made sure that your comfort is our utmost priority, so once you're ready to move in and settle down, day by day, week by week, or a monthly stay with us, once you settle in, enjoy a glass of wine in the backyard beside the fire pit and take in the calm, ambient setting of the nature and night sky.
