Downstairs living has a TV and DVD player, a stereo and comfy lounges to relax in. And Upstairs is a sitting or reading room with two more sofas, so there is plenty of room for all the family. Downstairs is one bedroom with a queen bed, the family bathroom, kitchen, main living room, and a full laundry room. Upstairs features another queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds, another family bathroom and the cosy reading room area in the loft. Both floors are fully air conditioned with split systems for your comfort. There is an undercover carport for one vehicle and room for a boat to park, including a wash down bay. There is even a rod holder to store your gear in the outside dining area. Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels or enquire at time of booking should you wish to hire some. Sorry, strictly NO Pets are allowed on this property. and no smoking inside. As this is a shared complex, there are strict noise restrictions which apply between 10pm and 8am.
