Occasionally we allow small pets to stay but I like to ask some question first for the comfort of your pet and the neighbours. We strictly don’t allow pets on the beds and couches and kindly ask you to toilet your pet in back or front street. There is a $80 pet stay fee. NB: Please note that due to our quiet neighborhood location TWO FIVE ZERO is NOT to be used for parties and that you keep noise to a minimum especially on week nights. Noise curfew weekdays 10pm and weekends at 11pm. Excessive noise will result in the loss of your bond. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. We are happy to work out a reduced rate for you to accomodate your needs. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if furnitures has been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Lights, heating or cooling turned off. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age.
