Welcome to Whispering Timbers! This duplex-style cabin has 3 levels with beautiful views in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Located at Golf View Resort, this cabin has everything you need for a perfect getaway! Even better, it is only 8 miles from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Gaze at the Dollywood coasters or watch the sun set from your private loft balcony, or hop on the trolley that will take you directly there for a small fee. Perfect for family gatherings or your private retreat. The space The space Our cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private hot tub, private gas grill, resort grill, an indoor and outdoor resort pool, and 2 decks (you may share the front porch and back deck with the attached cabin, otherwise it’s private). No scary or windy roads to access the cabin. *Main Level* King bed with 31'' TV Queen sleeper sofa in LR Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo Private indoor hot tub with outdoor view Farmhouse table Gas fireplace (seasonal- end of October through April) Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances It includes both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig 65'' Cable Roku TV DVD (living room) Spiral staircase Washer/dryer *Upper Loft Level* King Bed Twin sleeper sofa Full bathroom with walk-in shower Private Balcony 40'' tv with firestick *Lower Level* King bed Twin-over-twin bunk bed Queen sleeper sofa Full bathroom, including jacuzzi bathtub Kitchenette that offers a regular coffee pot, sink, microwave, and small fridge (plastic dishes are in the kitchenette too if you need them for children) Gas fireplace (seasonal- end of October through April) Private deck with a gas grill that is hooked to a gas line 65” Cable TV with Firestick ***Each unit comes with a starter supply for guests to use.***The starter supply consists of 4 rolls of paper towels (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), soap (2 per bathroom), shampoo (1 per bathroom), Keurig coffee maker (variety of pod options), dishwasher pods (2 pods), kitchen trash liners (4 in unit), washer pod (1 pod). After you use the provided start supply, it is up to each guest to provide anything additional they may need for their stay. *Linens and towels are provided. Please use the BLACK washcloths for make-up removal. *Our kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your meals in the cabin or cooking outdoors on the gas grill. If you prefer to eat out, you are only minutes from several great area restaurants such as the famous Old Mill Restaurant, Reagan’s House of Pancakes, Alamo Steakhouse, The Pottery House Café, and Grille, Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, Local Goat and so many more. *There is also a washer & dryer in the cabin for guests to use. Guests are allowed two reserved parking spaces for parking by the cabin. A third vehicle is welcome, but the guest would need to park farther away in the parking lot near the resort entrance/ Overflow parking. **ENTRY** The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Your door code will be active from the time you check in until the time you check out. *Two parking spots are available: 1. In front of the cabin 839-1 on the cement (not the asphalt). 2. Next to the cabin in spot 839-2 Any other vehicles need to park in unmarked spots and those are first come, first serve. *NO PETS. There will be a $500 fee and you will be evicted without a refund if found with pet/s. The pet policy at the resort is strict *NO SMOKING in the cabin. A $500 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED at the resort. Trailers will be towed at the trailer owner’s expense. ***RESORT AMENITIES:*** *Heated Indoor Pool: 9 a.m.-10:30 p.m. (year-round) at Building 830; The indoor pool is open year-round and stays heated at 83 degrees, It is located in building 830… this is the next building up past building 820 and you enter through the first set of glass doors you see *Sauna: 9 a.m.-10:30 p.m. (year-round, but due to COVID-19, there may be restrictions) *Outdoor Pool with shaded picnic area/grill: 9 a.m.-10:30 p.m. (end of May-September) All guests must be registered prior to arrival. No parties or events of any kind unless approved prior to arrival. If you break this rule, you will be immediately evicted without a refund. If the owner allows extra guests, there will be a fee of $50/person/night added to your initial quote. REFUNDS will not be given due to weather conditions. In the winter months, you may have to drive in the snow or ice. You may need tire chains, 4WD, or AWD in bad conditions. Please plan accordingly and watch the weather updates. REFUNDS will not be given in the event you encounter bugs. We have living creatures in the Smoky Mountains: brown recluse spiders, cockroaches, mosquitos, ants, gnats, and mice. These might be seen inside or outside of cabin. We do not accept alteration requests for dates outside of the cancellation policy. Other things to note ***If you check out late, you will be charged $25 per every 15 minutes you are late checking out.*** ***Anyone staying at our unit with a service animal must understand that they are never to be left unsupervised. The resort does not allow any animals unless service dogs.*** ***Trash must be taken down to one of the dumpsters on the left as you’re leaving the resort. It can not be left outside for any length of time, as wild animals will get into it if it is.***
