The master suite occupies the entire second level and includes a private balcony to enjoy wild life viewing, full bath with quartz vanity and tiled walk in shower. You'll also enjoy a beautiful wood burning fireplace in the screened in main level balcony and gas grill on the deck. All essentials are provided - just come relax and enjoy life at Blackberry Hill! The new, fully finished basement, including a 3rd bedroom with queen/double bunkbed, private bathroom with shower, pool table, and wet bar. The new flagstone fire pit patio is complete and ready for your to enjoy!
