Guest access The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation. Other things to note -- Policies -- - No smoking - Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of two pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay . Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay. - Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise.
