Lovely apartment completely renovated located on the ground floor of a condominium / residence with a communal swimming pool. We are located just 10 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia. The apartment has air conditioning/thermostat for heating and a large veranda for pleasant breakfasts and/or dinners. In front of the veranda, there is a small garden with outdoor shower. You can park your car in the private space near the entrance. The apartment faces northeast. This keeps it cool even on the hottest summer days. The kitchenette is complete with everything to organize breakfasts, lunches or dinners on the outside porch. The dining room has a large window that makes it very bright, a round table for four people and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom is large and has an open wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower box. The apartment has air conditioning and was restored in August 2021. Guest access The apartment, marked with the interior C1, is located on the ground floor, in a very private area about 20m from the condominium pool. The parking is private and is located a few meters from the entrance of the apartment. Other things to note The kitchenette is complete with every service. Plates, cutlery and glasses for 4 people. There is a set of pots, cutting boards and other cooking accessories. Available to guests: dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a set of towels (which are left folded on the bed). In the bathroom there is a washing machine. Additional blankets will be stored in the bedroom (you will find them in the open wardrobe). No additional linen can be used other than that made available, especially those inside the chest of drawers located under the TV in the room. The private parking space is covered and allows guests to park near the entrance for free and access the apartment without stairs and is marked with the C1 space. The condominium pool is open from about mid-June to September 15 but, due to Covid restrictions, you must wear a cap and comply with the safety protocol. The pool has opening and closing hours.
