This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with the option (and the chairs) to squeeze in 2 more. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new. 15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress. This house has a fantastic layout and I fell in love with it the second I walked in the door. I made an offer after just spending 20 minutes in the house! Its prime location (8 min from Eagle and 15 or 20 mins to Boise by car), coupled with a great open floor plan and fully fenced, large backyard made this house appealing to me right away.
