Waterfront Private Apartment only 5 min to LLBean!

Guest apartment with king bed, private entrances, pull out sofa, kitchenette, walk-in shower, and porch facing the water providing the perfect relaxing coastal Maine experience! Custom built home on 8 acres tucked away in the woods with waterfront access to Harraseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor, great for kayaking! Located 5 minutes from LL Bean and Freeport's many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Wolfes Neck State Park and its stunning coastal trails and forests are less than a mile away. The space The guest apartment is connected to the owner's house but has a private entrance and is locked off from the rest of the house. You can enjoy your privacy yet we are close by to assist with anything you need. There is a patio next to the apartment with chairs to lay out on and a grill, and we have 2 Sit-On-Top kayaks available for you to use down at the water front. Guest access Guests can access waterfront. 2 Sit-on-Top Kayaks available for use (life jackets available). Note: Our property is on a hill overlooking the water, so waterfront access requires ability to walk down stairs and along a forest path. Depending on the tides and the weather conditions, this area can be muddy. Guests can have access to sauna, the back porch and side patio and grill behind the apartment, the basketball hoop, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and petanque (bocce ball) set. Guests may use dog wash room to keep Fido in tip top shape! Other things to note Dogs must be approved by owner, cats are not allowed. You may see comments left by guests who loved our dog Nelson as much as we did. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to Nelson and there are no longer any other dogs on the property.
