Come stay with us in our beautiful Grande Pointe cottage featuring 4 spacious bedrooms & 3.5 baths. Our home has hardwood flooring throughout; quartz countertops in the fully stocked kitchen and the bathrooms. Enjoy the covered breezy back porch or the family room upstairs. The community pool is open from 8am-10pm and has a private dock that overlooks Lake Powell. Grande Pointe is minutes away from 30A, Camp Helen State Park, shopping, restaurants, and a quarter mile from the beach! The space There is a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the main level with a second king master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs. Also located upstairs is a double queen bunk room, a queen coral room, and a queen sofa sleeper that share a full bath. The designer kitchen features a gas cooktop, glass tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, & blue tooth speakers in the ceiling to play your favorite playlist. An open floor plan on the main level is great for entertaining complete with wine cooler. The main floor also has a 1/2 bath, dining room, & utility room with Samsung stackable washer/dryer. The upstairs living area is a perfect place to retreat and watch a movie or play games with the family. The large, covered porch in the back of the home has ample space for outdoor entertaining while grilling on the gas grill in the fenced-in private backyard. We have Samsung TV along with Roku sticks on TVs for streaming. We have free unlimited high speed internet (1gbps). We furnish for use 1 children, 1 teen, & 3 adult bicycles/bike locks, bike helmets, 4 beach chairs, & beach 10x10 pop up canopy. If you are interested in renting our fully loaded 6-seater Polaris Gem Car with blue tooth capabilities and utility bed please contact host prior to your stay. We provide a highchair, pack-n-play/sheet, and children's dishes/utensils for families traveling with little ones. Guest access We provide 1 children's, 1 teen, and 3 adult bikes with bike locks and helmets for your enjoyment while staying with us at Sea La Vie. We also have a street legal 6 passenger Polaris Gem Car for rent that can be driven on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH unless otherwise posted. You must be 21 years of age to rent and drive with a valid DL and insurance. Contact host prior to stay if you would like to rent the Gem. The garage is pretty full with the 5 bikes, beach equipment and Gem, so parking is in the driveway 1 large or 2 small and street parking on the curb. There is an empty lot to the left of our home where we park on curb when staying. Other things to note Sea La Vie has televisions in each bedroom, both living rooms and the back porch. They are all smart TVs and we have internet/wifi so you can stream your favorite platforms, but we don't provide cable at this location.
