Easy to get to and conveniently located near great restaurants, skiing, hiking, tubing, fishing, and swimming holes. A ton of outdoor space to enjoy in addition to our fully private seasonal pool (Late May-mid Sept). Our newly added 6 person hot tub is available year round. The space *Please note the property is fully private- small pictured buildings are storage sheds. Also, while we have done a ton of upgrades, we do not consider ourselves a luxury listing* Convenient, one floor living. Wide open living space includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. Please note the cozy cabin-sized bedrooms, each off of the main living space are in close proximity. All bedrooms have a memory foam mattresses, a sound machine with nightlight, USB charging ports as well as hooks and drawers for clothes. There is a windowed AC unit in each bedroom during the summer months (June-Sept). Pop in the 6 seater hot tub, located steps from our back door, snuggle up by our indoor gas fireplace or build your own in the outdoor fire-pit. We provide outdoor blankets for extra warmth when needed! There are plenty of board games for rainy days or family game night. Grab a book and sit by the window or swing on our outdoor hammock or hammock chair on nice days. Our kitchen has everything you need for a big feast or a quick meal including a blender, electric hand mixer, pots and pans. We provide salt, pepper, olive oil and spices as well as coffee, tea, sugar and agave syrup. There is a traditional coffee pot and a french press depending what you are into! POOL: (May-Sept only) Our heated, saltwater pool is located 100ft behind our home up a small hill which makes for the beautiful view. It is seasonal from mid/late May to the end of September. We provide chairs, umbrellas, towels, floats, swimmies, toys and a selection of sunscreen. Guest access The property is private for guests. (the additional structures in the pictures are sheds) Other things to note We require all guests over 18 to be registered. Please add all guests to your booking. If you happen to miss our driveway please continue up the road and use the trail parking lot on the right to turn around. Please make guests arriving in separate cards aware. Thanks for understanding. Please note: electrical wiring is above ground in this region so we occasionally lose power and or internet from time to time during storms. Generally it’s only for brief periods. On the rare chance this happens during your stay we have plenty of cards and board games along with a battery powered lantern to give you the full camp experience 😎. This house is up on a hill and in the woods, so a few things to keep in mind: - in the winter: It will be plowed regularly when it snows, but an AWD drive car is necessary in the winter to access the house. - Parking for 3/4 cars in the winter, additional space in spring/fall/summer months - There is little to no cell service (AT&T customers do have some but limited service). We have very fast wifi so you'll only have to disconnect if you choose to! - You are in the woods and while we have regular pest control service, there will be animals, bugs and ants from time to time!
