This 3 bedroom apartment is close to the banks of the Seine, Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. It can sleep up to 6 guests. The space With Parquet flooring through, this apartment is located on the 6th floor, with an elevator to the entrance. LIVING & DINING AREA This eye-catching living area has an ornate chandelier light and accompanying mirror. There is a large bookcase, with trinkets and ornaments along the left hand wall. There is also a grey sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table in the centre. Fern plants and various picture frames decorate the room. There are French doors leading out on to a balcony as well. On the right of the room, is the dining area, with a table and chairs to seat 6 guests. There is a side table as well. Double doors lead through to the bedroom. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom has a calming atmosphere, with a double bed, bedside table, art on the walls, house plants and a mirrored wardrobe. BALCONY The balcony looks over the surrounding area, with a table and chairs to sit and relax outside. KITCHEN This bright, white kitchen has a dining table and chairs in the centre of the room. The room is surrounded with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with gas hob, fridge, and microwave. Please note, there is no freezer. BATHROOM This bathroom has white tiles with navy blue detailing. There is a bath, with overhead shower, basin and mirror. SECOND BATHROOM This shower room has green tiles, a basin and a shower. SECOND BEDROOM This lovely, light bedroom has a King-sized bed, French doors which lead out to a Juliette balcony and bedside tables. There is also an armchair in the corner and framed art hanging from the picture rail. A bureau, chair and mirrored wardrobe, with sliding doors, sit on the right hand side of the room. THIRD BEDROOM This bedroom has grey panelling on the surrounding walls. There are two single beds. There is also a desk with chair, mirrored wardrobe and various framed artwork. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. WC There is a separate WC and basin **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Please note, there is no freezer available. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival.
