A Luxe single leve mobility, friendly ranch house located at the Fox River trailhead on the border of Saint Charles and Geneva! The property has walkout basement, chefs kitchen, upscale furniture and game area for kids. Cotton hotel quality linens and towels provided. All stays include delicious organic fresh baked bread and jelly and fruit from our local farmer! * bookings of four nights or more will get up to eight complementary tickets (depending on season) to either our pool and waterslide playground, golf course or bike rental for the 40 miles of paths we have along the river or tickets to go on our famous Belle of the Fox paddle wheel boat tour! This home is perfect for large families or multiple couples! The home has a beautiful outdoor space and stone patio that consists of a large fireplace dining table for dining alfresco with your family ! The outdoor patio also has a fire pit, cornhole and a stainless steel grill (available seasonally from May through November) In the summer, please visit our beautiful riverfront Potawatomi Park accessible by the walking path 20 feet from my driveway to go biking or kayaking, mini golfing, regular golfing or use the Beautiful pool or perhaps take a ride on the BELLE OF THE FOX and old-fashioned paddle boat that goes up and down the Fox River ! I provide thick beach towels, compact beach, chairs, and coolers for the many festivals and music nights we have every week in town and along the river! We fully rehabbed this home in 2021. Enjoy soaring Maple wood floors with luxe chefs kitchen marble counters, iron accents and more. The ranch Home has a full walkout basement with living room, game area, laundry area, full bathroom, large bedroom and workspace. For Guests with mobility issues- I have a shower seat and a walker and a wheelchair available upon request. To get into the front door I have a very wide front porch however, there are two small steps which I have a portable wheelchair ramp I can provide for you (please look at exterior pictures to see) The basement also has a small fridge, a microwave and a Keurig maker to make it easier for two families! There’s six TVs throughout the home for you to enjoy! The farmhouse is perched on a small Bluff right at the trailhead of the Fox River Trail walking or biking distance from either downtown Saint Charles or Geneva and historic cobblestone Third Street along the river! You truly have the best of both worlds and can either walk to both towns with award-winning restaurants and shops at your disposal! Five minutes from West Chicago airport and numerous golf courses. Also, very close to HITS equestrian center and Wheaton College. The home consists of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and walkout basement with additional large sleeping in space in the basement. * enjoy the lovely secluded outdoor space with stone patio across the street from the Fox river with seating for eight complete with barbecue grill, fire pit, cornhole giant connect four and other outdoor games! * all beds have cotton sheets and hypo- allergenic alpaca/wool linens and hotel quality pillows and towels. •The upstairs consists of two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. Hall bath is tub/shower combo and master has en-suite luxury bath. *For our guests with mobility issues there is everything you need on one level as the only stairs are to the walkout basement. With advanced notice, I can provide a walker, chair seat, and/or wheelchair. *The spacious basement has a large bedroom with two twin beds and a 6th rolling, plush single bed you can put where you wish. The basement also has an additional living room, full bathroom and brand new foam queen sleeper bed. * the basement also has a mini kitchenette with Keurig, microwave and small fridge. *For our working travelers and students, I provide hi-speed Internet, large desk workspace area complete with monitor and printer upon request. *There is a giant soft play mat area for kids with toys and for adults I provide dumbbells and handweights for people who do not want to miss a work out. I also provide darts and a card table and cornhole for the adults to have some fun as well! *Foosball table coming in May ! Reservations 30 days and over require a mid-stay cleaning garage not for use - 4 max car limit for driveway. Free parking on side street. 10 feet away across the street from the trailhead to the Fox River Trail along the Fox River, which goes to both Geneva and Saint Charles by foot or bike ! Easy access keypad lock Guest access The guest has full access to the entire home and walkout basement with full-size washer and dryer and stone patio with grill across the street from the Fox River! The home is located across the street from the trailhead to the biking/walking path to restaurants, bars and stores in town! 20 minutes from Wheaton College walking distance to both iconic third Street in Geneva and downtown Saint Charles! For the business traveler or students, there is a large desk, space area with high-speed Internet, monitor and printer upon request! I have shower seat and walker or wheelchair, including portable wheelchair ramp for the one step to the front door available for seniors and people with mobility issues. For babies I provide a pack n play with mattress and sheet, stroller, and highchair for babies. Stays over 25 days require a midstay cleaning Other things to note This home is located across the street from the banks of the Fox River. We are right by walking/bike paths that go straight to the town of Saint Charles and Geneva. My front door is 36 inch is wide and has two steps on the stoop to get to the front door. I do have wheelchair, walker and wheelchair ramp available upon request! There are numerous bike rental/kayak places available in season for your use. We have $1 million renovated pool aquatic area next to a golf course along the banks of the Fox River for the whole family to enjoy ! Any five day stay or more includes eight complementary tickets to the pool or mini golf -your choice!!! There's an abundance of parks, trails and pathways to explore. Take a ride and the paddle boat down the river to see all the beautiful wildlife we have! Don't miss out on the five star restaurants in Geneva and Saint Charles - you will not be disappointed!
