The is right by the river so just a heads up there’s a whole ecosystem of wildlife, including bugs and animal sightings around and near the property. This is a pet friendly home, however for my pet free travelers and people with allergies, we do clean the house and sanitize after each and every pet with an ozone cleaner. Pet free linens towels and pillows that are brand new are also available upon request. For Guests with mobility issues- I have a shower seat and a walker and a wheelchair available upon request. To get into the front door I have a very wide front porch however, there are two small steps which I have a portable wheelchair ramp I can provide for you (please see pic) BASEMENT The spacious walkout basement has a living room, darts/ping-pong table, dartboard, laundry area, full bathroom, large bedroom with two twin beds and a plush rollaway single for people that want to sleep separate. For our business travelers and students there is a workspace complete with large desk, high speed Internet, phone charger, 27” monitor and power strip. The basement also has a small kitchenette area, with small fridge, a microwave and a Keurig to make it easier for two families to have their own space. There is a giant soft playmat area for kids or the yoga lover. Kettle bells and Hand weights and yoga ball provided. Indoor games such as giant connect four giant Jenga and ping-pong table available. Please put away game pieces and balls after each use during your stay. *Reservations 30 days and over require a mid-stay cleaning. * Garage not for use - 4 max car limit for driveway. Free parking on side street. *Easy access keypad lock entry * during your stay, please keep in mind to clean the grill/air fryer after each use and make sure all the game pieces and weights are back together so it stays nice for our guests. * no complicated checkout rules - please shut all the curtains and blinds and lock up. The home is located across the street from the trailhead to the biking/walking path to restaurants, bars and stores in town! Turn right to walk to downtown Saint Charles turn left to walk to downtown Geneva. Home is 10 minutes from Hollywood Casino and concert venue and Aurora premium outdoor outlet mall. 10 minutes away from Batavia famous Harry Quarry Hall , Beach Park and diving pool along the Banks of the Fox River. 20 min from both Wheaton and Elgin College walking distance to both iconic third Street in Geneva and downtown Saint Charles! I have shower seat and walker or wheelchair, including portable wheelchair ramp for the one step to the front door available for seniors and people with mobility issues. For babies I provide a packnplay portable crib with mattress and sheet, stroller, and highchair for babies. * the long driveway fits for 3 to 4 cars and there is limited parking on the side street. Other things to note This home is located across the street from the banks of the Fox River. We are right by walking/bike paths that go straight to the town of Saint Charles and Geneva. My front door is 36 inch is wide and has two steps on the stoop to get to the front door. I do have wheelchair, walker and wheelchair upon request. We have a twin engine, SCARAB jet boat an hour away along the Fox River in Fox Lake Illinois available for rent for an additional fee. MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS. Smart lock for easy access into home Gentle reminder, this is a river house. There will be bugs outside and wildlife as there is a whole river ecosystem. NO refunds given for animal (dear, raccoon, fox, possum, bunny, birds, squirrels, chipmunks and the occasional coyote ) or bug sightings. Beds are combination of boxspring and memory foam depending on which bedroom. All beds are either Sealy posturepedic, Stearns and Foster or Ero plush memory foam bed. Our luxury hotel pillows are reversible. Flip over on one side to have a more firmer feel and flip to the other side for a softer feel. For pets-stainless food bowls are included along with collapsible food bowls for going to any events around town and pet gates. For children- I provide baby Gates, pack and play crib with mattress, stroller, highchair, child locks for cabinets, outlet covers, and plastic toddler steps to reach bathroom sink. There are numerous bike rental/kayak places available in season for your use. During your day, please keep all the games and pieces together after each use to keep it nice for our next guest. Please clean up after yourself when using the grill or the air fryer after each use. There's an abundance of parks, trails and pathways and pools to explore.
