The space This is a modern 2019 built contemporary open concept design home featuring premium finishes throughout. Four full bathrooms each featuring double sinks and a half bath. A kitchen and living area on each level. A Surround Sound projection home theater with 120 inch screen. Five bedrooms with Queen beds. Two sofa beds. Over 1000 square feet of outdoor decking with full panoramic views of Georgian Bay. Five flat screen televisions in two living areas and three bedrooms. Guest access All areas of the house will be available to you with the following EXCEPTIONS: The garage The outdoor shed The storage room on the lower level Other things to note We provide propane for the BBQ, firewood, kindling, and starter cubes for the fire pit. Winter activities: We have a small toboggan hill at the side of the house and provide plastic toboggans for guests. There is a large toboggan hill and outdoor skating rink at Harrison Park. There are walking trails at the Cobble Beach resort next door including the Enchanted Forest which is a lovely hike the winter.
