Additional costs: Electricity and final cleaning are included in the rental price. For tourists who want to experience Mallorca off the beaten path, this Finca in Costitx is an ideal starting point to fully enjoy the beauty and charm of this island. The owner has another house " Villa Can Caragol de Sineu " in Sineu. The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organise loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events). In addition, all travelers over the age of 16 are charged Ecotasa. It is €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT). Upon arrival, the deposit of 500 € will be paid to the ownerin cash. The deposit will be returned to you from the owner after the house has been handed over free of any deficiencies.
