Escape to kayaking, scalloping, fishing, crabbing, biking, pool, Florida sunset all at this Seascape Oasis! 5 mins to Weeki Wachee, 1 hr to Tampa, 2 hrs to Disney, minutes to restaurants, boat rentals, Walmart.... DISCLAIMER: Video and audio cameras are set for out door entrances, patio doors including pool/jacuzzi areas, driveway, and inside gym/garage. No cameras inside of the house. HEATED POOL We have installed a new pool heater. Pool heater is recommended between Nov and March. There is a $30/day energy charge to turn on the pool heater. Pool heaters will be turned on at 78 degrees between 10am to 8pm during the same time when the pump is running. We try to start heater 4 hours prior your arrival. SITTINGS: Living room, Breakfast Room, Master and 2nd Master Bedroom over look the screened pool and the gulf. Dining Room sits 8. Living room table sits 12. Breakfast area sits 4-6. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a small desk. Outdoor screened patio has a dining table that sits 10. Grill outdoor and embrace the ocean breeze. BEDDINGS: This Seascape Oasis has 3 bedrooms and 1 office. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2), a full-size futon (sleeps 1), and a baby day bed. It has a private bathroom with an enlarged standing shower room. The master bedroom has direct access to screened patio and pool by the gulf. The 2nd master bedroom (sleeps 2) has a King bed and has a patio door open to the fenced yard with hammock and fireplace by the gulf. This bedroom room has its own TV. The 3rd bedroom (sleeps 5) has a bunker bed with two full sizes beds, and a twin pull out trundle bed. The private office has a sofa that can be set up a California king size sofa bed upon request only. GYM: Gym garage has 2 adults bikes, and 2 child bikes, weights, and three kayaks. The larger kayaks are for 2 adults and 1 child, smaller ones are for 1 adult only. We are still adding more equipments in it. DRIVEWAY: Driveway is meant for 4 cars, but could crowd in 6 cars when parked a bit onto the yard. One time Private code will be given on the same day and allows guests to get in the house only during booked time periods. Host will be available through phone, video call or text 24/7 to help. If needed, house keeper can come in usually within an hour to assist. The House is on Nature Coast of Florida, a nature lover's getaway. 5 mins to Weeki Wachee river. 10 mins to Weeki Wachee Spring, 1 hour to Tampa, Clearwater beaches and Crystal River, 2 hours to Orlando Disney. Ocean beach 20 minutes car-drive away. Local river beach 10 minutes away. Driveway parks up to 6 cars. Boat trailer can park on the lawn. Located right on the Gulf (facing green land), this Seascape Oasis home is minutes drive to bars , restaurants, boat rentals, Walmart, bowling places, parks, marinas, and beaches. 5 minutes to boat launch. 10 mins to Pederson Park. 20 mins Alfred McKethan beach. ADDTIONAL FEES - Pool heating is additional $30/day upon guest request. Pool heater is usually on between 10am - 6pm when pump is on. - IF your guests are more than what is booked in your reservation, there will be additional $25 per guest per night fee. No more than 12 guests can be accommodated at Oasis. - Guests are to keep kitchen equipments clean to avoid extra cleaning fees. - We charge $30/each to replace missing towels or pillows. - We provide environmental wood logs at $5/log and each log lasts several hours. - IF your booking is one night only, there will be a $100 surcharge fee due prior access code is provided. - Seascape Oasis welcomes pets, $100/pet one-time fee. WHAT TO DO AT OASIS - Enjoy the setting sunset with some grilled steaks and viggies. - Listen and watch manatees and dolphins! - Spend time Kayaking, biking, fishing, crabbing, scalloping - Soak the Florida sun in the pool or on the screened ptios. - Sit by the fireplace next to water and watch stars with SkyView. - Burn a log of wood and toast smores or hot dogs over it. - Bike around the quiet friendly neighborhood. -Enjoy plenty of awesome eatery in town. - Park your boat on the private dock (or rent one) and visit Sanbar. - Fishing, crabbing from the dock.
