Wine country loft, breakfast included

The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. We are located right on the Niagara Escarpment, halfway between the majestic Niagara Falls and historic Niagara On The Lake. ***NOTE: We are not able to accommodate any pets or service animals due to serious allergies in the family. The space Our guests have exclusive use of The Barnhouse Loft, our newly finished 1000 sq. ft. loft, including: - separate entrance with a keypad lock - king size bedroom - full bathroom - large open concept living room/dining area/kitchenette (**NO stove**) - office - upper level balcony - main level deck with chairs - gas fire pit area with Muskoka chairs (April through October) Guest access The entire loft is for the guests' exclusive use, along with the firepit area of the backyard. *** Only the registered guests are permitted on the property. Any visitors, vendors etc must be preapproved before the booking. The town of Niagara On The Lake bylaws require all visitors to register their vehicle information as well as home addresses and phone numbers. We will provide you with registration forms prior to or during check-in. Other things to note We treat all our guests to a delicious home cooked breakfast. (The loft does NOT include a stove.) Niagara On The Lake is home to countless vineyards and during the harvest season we can hear faint sounds of “bird bangers” from a couple of them (typically September through November, from sunrise until sunset). The loft is attached to the rest of our house so we ask that our guests refrain from excessive noise, especially in the evening.
