The master bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and office space are on level two. There is also a lanai right off the master bedroom. The third level is a loft space with bunk beds. From that loft is the roof top access with plenty of space and wonderful ocean views. Guest access Parking is best done by pulling in front of your garage door (closest to the ocean). You may extend beyond the driveway into the street, allowing for a total length of 24 feet. Please note the street sweeping signs, as they come twice per month. The inside of the garage is tight and not recommended to park, although you are welcome to use this space.
