The outdoor space boasts ample seating and dining, a large custom non-heated infinity pool, hot tub, BBQ area, water features, and many grassy lawns and areas to wander or play outdoor games. Make your way into the home and find yourself enveloped with natural light flooding into the space. Play games or watch TV as a group in the large living room. Head upstairs to the game room for foosball, pool, or ping-pong. Adults can enjoy the full-size bar area, while assisting the chef of the group in preparing meals in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, adjacent to the formal dining room.The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests across the 8 bedrooms. Other things to note IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities. - PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. - EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. - DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. - EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required. - PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
