J&J newly renovated/detached/650m to centre

Forget your worries in this newly renovated/modern/sunlight filled/all yours entire house, with open concept kitchen and fabulous bathrooms. The house is corner unit, located on a quiet street, while only about 650m to tourism street Ferry St/Lundy's Lane, and 850m to Niagara Falls Centre, 5 mins drive from the Falls, Clifton Hill, Casino. Enjoy the second floor bedrooms looking out to the Niagara Skylon Tower, and Casino building. The space 1. First of all our property is on Canadian side not in US as there were some confusion. 2. Our house is a entire 2 story house, no other ones to share the place. Basement is not finished so there is no one lives there only used as supply room. 3. Big backyard with dining table set and BBQ, you can enjoy some activities there while your stay. please note if you need to use BBQ you need to request in advance so we can have gas tank ready for you. Also please clean up after you have done with it. Don’t place the BBQ cover right away back while it is still very hot, it will burn the cover, thank you 4. We have three bedrooms each with queen bed and one full bathroom on 2nd floor, balcony on second floor is not to use or use on your own risk as the railing is too low therefore absolutely no kid should be there without parents' supervision. 5. One pull out couch bed and bathroom w/ shower on first floor, you can also bring the foldable bed and mattress to first floor living room if you want to. In downstairs living room, Privacy curtain is available for the tv and couch bed area We have one 58 inches Hisense Smart TV in living room, with all the inclusive Apps. If you have your own account to Apple TV or Netflix, you can sign in and watch, please make sure to sign off when you leave. 6. We have lots of feedbacks that our house is full of sunlight, in every bedroom, bathroom and even the hallway, two spacious and modern washroom with bath were good surprise that there are comments that it is like nice hotel and even better than the pictures we posted. Guest access You will have the entire house, big back yard, no one living there to share the space. No access to basement it is not finished so there is no one lives there only used as supply room. Balcony on second floor but use on your own risk as the railing is too low therefore no kid should be there without parents' supervision. We have two parking spots on our driveway. On the right side of our house there is a huge parking lot next to us, only $2 per entry, so as many as vehicles you have. We have Ac plug outside the house in front of the driveway if you want to charge EV cars please let me know in advance Other things to note We have keypad access so before check in time we will send you the code and other details for your stay. Every time after our cleaning, we will video tape our inventory, any missing inventory or damaging, will be brought up and charged. So please make sure not to pack our inventory away by mistake or any other reasons. We have extra single bed available if you needed, foldable bed frame is stored in upstairs closet, as well as extra mattresses and beddings. No tools are required to set it up only unfold it.
