Full kitchen & cooking, expresso machine Bathrooms w/walk in shower Owner Suite has Spa Soaking tub for 2. Pets allowed: rules are sent after your booking. Pet fee is $75 per pet for the visit NOT per night. The space (4 bdrm 2 bath w/1670 sq ft) The Owners Suite has you waking up on the water with a spectacular view. Open floor plan Kitchen allows for family cooking or snacks after a long day. Fire up the grill or fire pit you choose and order oysters and cook the shrimp and fish you caught today. If outdoor adventure is what you’re looking for or just relaxing by the river we have it all! Guest access Yes you have full access of the property the entire house . one room and a few cabinets that we keep as owners. You will have use of the deck, the grill, the boat house and the Pergola fire pit swing area. We hope you enjoy our little slice of paradise! Other things to note We do have Pets allowed with House rules and additional fee of $75.00 per pet per visit paid after confirmation fee will be sent to visitor. Also we email Pet house rules once booked reservation is confirmed.
