PRIVATE PARKING on request! The space - The accommodation is independent and totally available to guests. - The JASMINE House is part of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence. It has been completely restored according to the traditions of the ancient village of Klima. - In the living room/kitchen area, the floor is in pearl gray ceramic, and in the sleeping area, in veined beige ceramic. In the living/dining area of Casa JASMINE, there is a kitchenette with a fridge and electric stove for breakfast only and communicates with a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The sleeping area is equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a wall shelf compartment. The room has a large fireplace which gives it an atmosphere of other times and is very romantic. The living room communicates outside with a covered terrace which in turn leads to a large open space terrace with an exceptional 180° panorama! The large terrace is equipped with tables, umbrellas, and chairs and has an incredible view that starts from the island of EVIA on the left to pass to the island of SKIATHOS with its islets around and then to the port and the village of GLOSSA with its marina which, when lit up in the evening, give a truly exceptional show! (And even more so when there are fishermen's lamps...!) - If necessary, Casa JASMINE can also accommodate another extra BED or a cot for a SMALL CHILD. - As mentioned, Casa JASMINE is part of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence, at night the access gates, to which you will have the keys, will be closed for greater safety of the guests who will have the keys. Guest access - The accommodation is independent and totally available to guests. - The SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence of which Casa JASMINE is a part, can also accommodate groups and has common recreational or relaxation areas that can be used as: - PANORAMIC OVERFLOW SWIMMING POOL in an oleander garden equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas and outdoor SHOWER. - The LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE suitable for recreational activities, aggregation, meditation, gymnastics courses, dance, painting or special events in respect of the common tranquility. It is equipped with a large outdoor kitchen with wood-burning oven and grill, gas stove and sink as well as two dedicated men's/women's bathrooms and a closed room with refrigerators. - Two shaded and panoramic RELAX ZONES where you can read a book, play a game of cards or have a nice chat.... - OUTDOOR KITCHENS equipped for lunches and dinners. - Free use of the LAUNDRY room upon reservation to avoid unnecessary waiting. - A private and panoramic HEALTH PATH with a small excursion to the sea on our private natural coast along the road through the PARK of olive and almond trees of the property. When the sea is calm the water is very clear and excellent for snorkelling. We recommend the utmost attention to children and guests who cannot swim to whom we recommend the use of suitable equipment. Our beach is in a natural state and is not equipped for sea rescue.
