Caicos Cottage, 2 bdrm/2 bath beachfront w/pool

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing get away on the beach with your own private pool, then look no further! This 2 bedroom home is a perfect get away for families or 2 couples! From the gorgeous ocean views, dipping in the pool, kayaking or exploring all the different beaches North and Middle Caicos has to offer, you won't be disappointed. This house is also equipped with AC in all the rooms. If you are looking for nightlife and lots of activities, this island is not for you! The space This beachy 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for up to a family of 6 or for 2 couples. When walking into the house, you immediately have the relaxing sense of being on vacation as the first thing you see is the amazing blue water right in front of you. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the house. The king master bedroom with en-suite bath is beachfront, so you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean when you have the sliding glass doors open. The 2nd bedroom has been updated with a queen bed and a bunkbed. The private pool is just off the back patio with a bench seat in the pool facing the ocean! You will have 2 ocean kayaks for your use as well. To get to North Caicos, you will fly into Providenciales. Then we recommend taking a taxi to the ferry dock. On your way to the ferry you may want to stop at IGA (the main grocery store on island), and grab some fresh meats and vegetables. There are several small grocery stores on North but they don't have nearly the selection. Once at the ferry dock, you will take a 25 minute beautiful scenic ride to North Caicos. There you will be greeted by our manager Mac, pick up your rental vehicle and he will escort you to our house (about 10 min away!). **Please note there is a mandatory gov't tax of 12% that will be requested after you book. Guest access Our property manager Mac will greet you as you get off the ferry and pick up your rental car. He will then escort you to the house and go over any questions you may have and give you the house keys. Other things to note Guests will be responsible for their AC usage, which is metered and will be charged accordingly. To keep costs at a min, we ask that you kindly conserve energy/AC by only using it at night when you are sleeping, or if it is a day with no tradewinds that you please turn it off when not at home.
