THE HOUSE 1st floor: * Living room: Tons of windows, cozy seating, chess table, and smart TV – ideal for relaxing with a book or movie. * Hot tub: A private indoor hot tub for unwinding year-round, especially after a day on the slopes. * Bedroom 1: Queen suite with newly renovated full bathroom (shower/tub combo), large smart TV , closet, and dresser. * Bedroom 2: Bunk room with two full/twin bunk beds with built in drawers for storage, closet, and desk -- perfect for kids and teens. * Bathroom: Renovated hallway bathroom with double sinks and a luxurious walk-in rain shower. * Laundry room: New large-capacity washer/dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets available. * Attached garage: A three-car garage with parking for two cars -- and a pool table in the third bay. Has a kitchen table, desk and printer, plus a small back deck overlooking the meadow. Getting here: The last half mile of road and driveway are gravel. Both are regularly plowed, but 4WD is recommended in the winter. Guest access There are two spots to park in the three-car garage and plenty of parking just outside the garage. Self check-in with a keypad. Other things to note In the winter, a 4WD is needed to navigate VT roads and to access our house. Guests use the hot tub, bunk beds, pond, and boats at their own risk. The two small cabins on the property are not usable. No cats! We have a family member who is allergic!
