The space Located on three quiet riverfront acres, the home has 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bath, a large great room, and downstairs separate family room. There’s a large deck of the living room, patio area downstairs off the family room—all with tranquil river views. A cooks kitchen, mud room for gear, washer/dryer, and a fourth full bath complete the 5,000 square foot modern log estate. Guest access River Magic abuts the Salmon River. There’s a large swimming hole a 5 minute walk downriver, a state boat ramp walkable from the property, and a trail into the wilderness area is a a couple minute stroll away. Sunbeam hotsprings is about a 10 minute drive, and Sunbeam Cafe (great breakfasts!) is a little less. Stanley town, with its market, restaurants, bakery and bar are about 25 minutes incredibly scenic drive along the Salmon River (driving there is about as close to hiking as you can get in a car…) and Red Fish Lake Lodge is about 30 minutes—just 5 minutes past Stanley.. Numerous lakes, trailheads, and mountain biking trails in the Sawtooths, White Clouds and Frank Church Wilderness areas are a short drive away. Other things to note We don't allow interior fires in the fireplaces. Exterior fires in the two outside fire rings are permitted if fire conditions allow. We do not provide firewood.
