The space The accommodation: Located on the ground floor of a house with two flats, the accommodation is as follows: - Living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area for 6 people. - Kitchen open to the living room: fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery... - Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm. - Room 2: a single bunk bed upstairs and a double bed downstairs. - Bathroom with Italian shower, WC and washing machine. Outside : - Fenced and shared garden of 200 m². The garden is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and can be shared with the tenants of the 1st floor.
