Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo in Killington, Vermont is located close to the slopes and the perfect place for your vacation no matter the season. Spread out on two floors, you'll have amazing mountain views, a wood burning fireplace (free firewood provided), comfy living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. The space The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). The complex consists of 108 units spread across six buildings, each of which has four floors. The units range in size from studios to three-bedroom units, with most featuring full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies and stunning mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. There is an EV charger onsite. We'll email you a time-sensitive code for the smart lock on the door and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on weekends and holiday weeks only. There is no midweek shuttle service. • Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. • The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger outside the center. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
