The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). The complex consists of 108 units spread across six buildings, each of which has four floors. The units range in size from studios to three-bedroom units, with most featuring full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies and stunning mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. There is an EV charger onsite. Killington Park your car in one of the many spaces outside the condo and take the shuttle to the slopes on peak ski season weekends. At night many of the restaurants, bars and clubs run their own free shuttle services, plus you have local taxi services and Uber in the winter. • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on weekends and holiday weeks only. There is no midweek shuttle service. • Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. • The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger outside the center. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
