The space This dog friendly seaside escape has a spacious open concept floorplan that is bright, airy and will immediately capture your attention with the amazing views from just about any spot in the home. The ample living area features a 70" HD Smart TV with streaming capabilities and plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa. You can watch a sporting event or a good movie from the comfort of the home. The dining area has plenty of room for you to enjoy meals or a rousing board game after dinner. Cook up a favorite meal in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy family time! The master suite with a king bed, an HD Smart TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom is sure to be a relaxing space. Step out onto the deck from your own sliding patio door and unwind in the hot tub, watch the sunset or view the stars. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins with prior notice. This bedroom also has a smart TV with cable and blue ray player to enjoy a late-night movie. A second full bathroom is available for additional privacy. Whether grilling your catch of the day, playing in the large yard, relaxing in the hot tub or just watching the ocean from the wonderful ocean view deck, Sandy Seclusion is the perfect place to unwind. Wildlife abounds here with the creek and the ocean providing a habitat for migratory and non-migratory birds, whales, and other sea life. Just minutes to Yachats, a fun village full of great food, galleries, and small shops, this wonderful home will become your favorite place to stay when you come to the Oregon coast. Sleeps up to 4 - 2 Bedroom: 2 Kings, (1 of the Kings can be split into 2 Twin beds with advance notice), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper. 2 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced) Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned.
