H GHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW. *Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles. *Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums. *The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. *From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person. *From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person. *During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
