Newly remodeled! Sea Green condo, one block from a public beach access, is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and spend the late afternoon in the pool. The condo is a first floor, one bedroom, one bath, featuring two Queen size beds, a set of bunk beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the sunrise or sunset on two small private decks, furnished with chairs/ tables. The space Sundune Village has a large pool, an outdoor shower, plenty of lounge chairs, a gazebo, grassy area with picnic tables and BBQ grills. The unit has keyless entry and inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan living space with a full dining table to seat 6, bar stools to seat 3, a large 50 inch TV and a Queen sized Murphy Bed. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for your stay. In the closet, you will find 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and an umbrella. The bathroom has a tub/shower, towels and plenty of counter space. The bedroom has a Queen size bed (all linens provided), a set of bunk beds, a large closet, plenty of drawer space, access to the middle deck and a TV for some late night viewing. There is a laundry closet with a stackable unit if you need to launder clothes or towels during your stay. The unit has laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, cleaners, a vacuum cleaner and hand soap, The decks are perfect for relaxing, hanging out towels/bathing suits to dry and to catch the sunsets and sunrises. There is one reserved covered parking spot and plenty of other parking. Guest access In addition to the condo, guests have full access to the Sundune Village Pool, Gazebo and Picnic area.
