The space Main level: Full kitchen - Equipped with 2 ovens, microwave, coffee maker - accepts K Cups and makes drip (stocked w/ limited amount of caffeinated K Cups), utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grill utensils, pots, pans, blender, slow cooker etc. Informal dining area/living room with wood burning fireplace, Master Suite with king bed, private bath with over-sized tub and separate shower. Second bedroom with full bathroom. Laundry room and deck with additional table and propane grill. Lower level: 2 bedrooms/2 baths - 1 bedroom with private bath, family area w/ TV, pool table, wet bar with full fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker, walkout to patio with fire pit and 8 person outdoor hot tub and huge open area for kids or sports. Plenty of towels for hot tub available. Extra blankets available for chilly nights. A total of 5 TVs in the house. Guest access The whole inside of house (except a few closets and garage) outside decks and huge backyard with hot tub. Other things to note Owners Club Outdoor and Indoor Pool accessible with included amenity cards. Reservations required by owners for: • Indoor Pool Lap Swimming • Tennis Courts • Pickleball Courts • Outdoor Basketball Court The Shenandoah Riding Center is walking distance - say hello to beautiful horses while on your walk or while sitting on the upper deck - their trail passes by the backyard! Owners Club, Marina and Golf is about 5-10 minutes away by car. For stays longer than 2 weeks a Vacation Rental Lease is required to be signed prior to booking on Airbnb.
