Cosy and Idyllic Fisherman's Cottage in Chester

This beautiful property is located just a 5-10 minute walk over the river into the very centre of Chester. Not only is the property very close to the city centre, but it is also stones throw away from local amenities in Handbridge. With shops, delis, pharmacy, cafes, butchers and pubs on your door step you will find the supplies you need for your stay. The space The property itself is beautifully and classically decorated. You will find a cosy and elegant living room with a log burner dining area. Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses! There is also a lovely private courtyard to the rear with outdoor seating. Upstairs are two stylish bedrooms. The first has a king bed and the second a double. Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you. *Please note that the stairs are quite steep!* There is a lovely family bathroom with a free standing bath and shower over the bath. There is a driveway at the property with parking for one car. There is also on street parking for a second car and car parks nearby. With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a moments walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The property is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history. We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and checkout is 10am. The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us. Guest access Our guests will be able to access the whole property during their stay and will enjoy the privacy of a home from home. Our guests will also have access to free internet and a smart TV.
