Just a short trip away to Old Orchard Beach and 30 min to Portland you’ll never be in need of fun activities. BEDROOM 1 - First Floor bedroom with King size bed BEDROOM 2 - 2nd floor with 2 queen size beds FULL BATHROOM - 1ST floor bathroom tub/shower, full size vanity - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided - Full size washer and dryer, detergent provided HALF BATHROOM -2nd floor half bathroom DECK - 1st floor back porch with ocean views -2nd floor private deck with 270 degree panoramic views OCCUPANCY: 8 Person Maximum. SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras on the front door and back porch in place for your security, safety, and liability reasons. There is 150 degree horizontal and 85 degree vertical, audio and visual recording camera. One camera at front door faces west, and the camera on back deck is facing NW. SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING house. WEATHER: Being on the coast the weather is unpredictable and tricky. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. There are several pet-friendly rentals in the area that would love to host your family. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis. OTHER SAFETY: NO third party bookings. Person that makes the reservation must be the person that checks-in. AMENITIES Beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys are made available during the summer months. PLEASE BE AWARE THE TWO SPOTS UNDER HOUSE AND ADJACENT ARE ON A SANDY SURFACE AND CAN BE TRICKY FOR SMALLER CARS.
