SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras on the front door and back porch in place for your security, safety, and liability reasons. There is 150 degree horizontal and 85 degree vertical, audio and visual recording camera. One camera at front door faces west, and the camera on back deck is facing NW. SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING house. WEATHER: Being on the coast the weather is unpredictable and tricky. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. There are several pet-friendly rentals in the area that would love to host your family. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis. OTHER SAFETY: NO third party bookings. Person that makes the reservation must be the person that checks-in. AMENITIES Beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys are made available during the summer months.
