Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer a selection of three- and four-bedroom condominiums, each with a private balcony and a direct ocean view. Grand 324 has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a fabulous ocean view from all living areas as well as the master bedroom. In the community’s center courtyard are lagoons, lush landscaping, gas grills and a seasonally heated oceanfront swimming pool. Beyond the swimming pool, a sidewalk guides guests to a private boardwalk to the beach. Other St. Simons Grand amenities include gated access from Ocean Boulevard, covered parking, elevator, wireless internet service and nighttime property patrol. The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building. Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen. 2 Twins Beginning in early 2027, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts. Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!
