You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked closet. CHECK IN: 4:00 PM CHECK OUT 11:00 AM Unless prior arrangements have been made, late check out after 11:00 will result in $150/hour fee. Other things to note When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury amenities to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. PARKING: Full access to a 2 car garage NOISE AWARE: This home is monitored by Noise Aware. (Noise sensors don't record sounds. They monitor changes in the noise level) CONCIERGE SERVICES: We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more. We’re committed to keeping each PHX Stays home in pristine condition so you can fully relax during your stay. From time to time, our trusted service providers (landscapers, pool care, pest control, etc.) may stop by to care for the property. These visits are scheduled carefully to minimize disruption, and they help ensure that everything stays beautiful and well-maintained for you and future guests.
