The space The apartment consists of 3 principal areas or zones: a bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet; a tiled bathroom and shower (only); and, a combined open kitchen-dining-living area. Guest access The apartment occupies the entire second floor and is reached by a single flight of stairs. However, both Airbnb guests and the downstairs tenant enter the building through the same first floor door. Note: neither the front door entry nor the second floor are handicapped accessible. Other things to note Fast internet (500 mbps) — ideal for supporting multiple devices for streaming, emailing, texting, etc. Apartment does not have a TV.
