Enjoy our open and spacious kitchen and Living-room and relaxing on the outside balcony. The home is only about a 15 min walk to the harbor or the Doheny Beach and only a 5 min walk to many great restaurants. The home is very open and relaxing very good space for family gatherings and all the furniture is new. Please note because of the generous amount of stairs required to access the front door it's not very suitable for the elderly or children under 5yrs. There is parking for a one car in the driveway, and there is also street parking available for additional cars. Home is on the second floor so we have a strict LOW NOISE policy during the week (Sunday thru Thursday after 10:00, Friday & Saturday after 12:00)
