A new private cabin community being developed right on the shores of Lake Erie! Super cute and cozy fully furnished log cabin! Absolutely amazing sunsets!! Only minutes to the famous Geneva on the Lake strip with shops, stores, restaurants and more! 1 bathroom, 1-bedroom with Queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, full mattress in the loft and a large couch in the living room. Free Wifi. 2 smart Tvs No smoking and no pets please. No parties. Must be 25 or older The space There is a bedroom with a queen bed, Roku 32" TV and a window A/C unit. The middle section of the cabin has twin bunk beds and 2 doors for separation from the rest of the cabin. The large back upstairs loft has a full mattress on the floor. The living room area has a large couch, recliner and a 32" smart tv. There is not a desk but you can comfortably work from the cabin. There is a large couch with a large coffee table for your computer. Or you can work from the chair or the front porch chairs/table. Guest access There is a large lakefront park directly next to the cabin community. 2 free parking spots are available right at the cabin. Other things to note Only 10 miles from SPIRE Institute training facility. A lot of wineries and distilleries nearby. Great location and not far from route 90 and route 11.
