There is a cottage on the property with plenty of yard space for all. The dock would be an outside shared space with parking for two boats. One boat slip is covered and one is not. The Loft at Serenity Cove is warm and cozy, with remarkable access and views of the lake from a gorgeous upper and lower deck. Just steps from the deck to the water's edge, enjoy the boat dock, complete with a terrific swim platform and ladder for easy exit from your lake swim. Grill steaks and burgers on your covered deck as you watch the boats go by…or kick back and enjoy the propane fire pit…and by all means remember...Relax: you are on lake time! We just recently added a downstairs living room area that has plenty of space for your group of four to catch your favorite movie or hang out and enjoy time together. We have one additional property at this location that can be reserved individually or you can book both of them for a larger group that would accommodate 8 guests. This makes an ideal setting for 4 couples that would enjoy having some space and still be on the same site with your family or friends. Yard space is ample for plenty of privacy for both dwellings. Seating areas and hammocks are available in the yard for all to enjoy. The inside of the Loft has an upstairs area that includes the kitchen and dining area, two large bedrooms and private bathrooms. A spiral staircase will take you from upstairs to the newly constructed downstairs living area that includes a bar, comfortable seating for 4 people and a 50" Smart TV. Due to the spiral staircase, this property is not recommended for families with small children.
