This home features porcelain tile bathrooms, a completely renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, spacious bedrooms with natural light and accent walls, exposed brick, fast 1GB internet, and so much more. Perfect for work or pleasure. No service fee for booking! Beautiful home with lots of natural light in the front of the home. The main floor is made up of the living, front stair case, the dining room, a full bath, and the kitchen. The top floor contains 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The entire home has been renovated to bring this home from the 1800’s into the 21st century while maintaining some key historical features. The space is ideal for groups up to six people, and can accommodate up to eight. Guests have access to the entire home except the basement. The immediate neighborhood is part of historic west end. You are invited to explore the beautiful Italianate homes on nearby Dayton St. Free resident parking is available directly in front of the home. It is first come first serve, but there is a understood agreement amongst neighbors that the spot between 1908 and 1906 is the "spot" for this home. The home is cleaned professionally by local Cincinnati companies after each stay. Additionally, there is the option to have a local private chef deliver breakfast to your door.
