Sugar Sand Cottage at Destin Pointe

This beautiful four bedroom beach cottage is located in the exclusive gated community of Destin Pointe. The home offers a tranquil setting and unsurpassed amenities that include a private lakefront pool for relaxation and entertainment-perfect for sipping your evening cocktails while overlooking the lake, direct lake views for the multiple levels of decks, private beach access to the sugar sands of Destin, and three community pools (one with a hot tub and splash pad) for guests use. The space Entire House that includes: Master with King Bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with queen beds, 4th bedroom with queen over queen bunks. The house has three full bathrooms, one being in the master bedroom). Private pool, private beach access, 3 Community Pools (1 with a hot tub and splash pad, as well as a community shuffle board, tennis courts, and basketball hoop. Beach Access: our neighborhood has 2 beach accesses - the first being the private beach access on The Gulf. This access is about a 8-10 minute walk through our neighborhood. La Dolce Vita offers beach chair and umbrella set ups (from mid March - October), and the infinity community pool and hot tub are located here. The second access is a 7 minute walk through the Dunes near The East Pass. For 2026 Season, from March through October, beach services of 1 umbrella and 2 chairs are included with your stay at the beach access along the gulf. Please tell attendant our house name and your name when getting to beach! As of 3/2025, THERE IS NO BEACH SHUTTLE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. ***Please note, from approx October 1st through May 31st there is a mandatory pool heating fee of $250 per stay. We will collect that fee via a special request here on Air BnB after you book. When paying for pool heat, we heat the pool to a maximum of 88 degrees Fahrenheit in accordance for Florida State Regulations. All guests must be 25 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or adults that is 25 years or older and responsible for all guest, to rent and check in to our house. Our house and balconies are NO SMOKING. Do not, under any circumstance smoke in our house, on the balconies, or anywhere on our property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $500 fine (Marijuana, E-Cigarettes, Vapes, Tobacco). Guest access Entire house with private pool. Three community pools and one hot tub. Private deeded beach access. Beach Access: our neighborhood has 2 beach accesses - the first being the private beach access on The Gulf. This access is about a 8-10 minute walk through our neighborhood. From Mid March-October, we provide one beach service set with your reservation. This service is purchased through La Dolce Vita. If you would like to reserve additional services, please contact La Dolce Vita for availability and pricing. The infinity community pool and hot tub are located at The Gulf Access. The second access is a 7-8 minute walk through the Dunes near The East Pass. Beach services are not available at the East Pass beach but you’re welcome to use the chairs/umbrellas we have provided for guest use at the house. Other things to note From approx October through May, there is a mandatory pool heating fee of $250 per stay to cover the additional cost to heat the pool. When paying for pool heat, we heat the pool to a maximum of 88 degrees Fahrenheit in accordance for Florida State Regulations. Our association only allows passenger vehicles in property. All motor homes, recreational vehicles, boats and watercraft, trailers and/or commercial vehicles must be stored elsewhere. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, etc) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
