The living rooms are bright and comfortable, the living room and dining room overlook the large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, induction stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer... You will enjoy the heated pool (open from April to All Saints' Day depending on the weather) and secured by a curtain. Possibility to park a car inside the property (electric outlet for electric car). The house is ideally located in a quiet area where you can rest while enjoying the proximity of the beaches of the Ocean and the basin, the market and the city center of Cap-Ferret.
