Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the fishing pond, spacious yard, and gathering areas, with the exception of a locked supply closet in the laundry area. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats, and trailers. Other things to note This home is located in a natural Arkansas setting near wooded areas and water, so guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, birds, insects, or other native animals common to the area. The property is professionally maintained and regularly treated, but as with most country properties, occasional bugs or outdoor critters may still appear from time to time, especially during warmer months. We recommend guests bring appropriate outdoor footwear and insect spray if planning to spend extended time outdoors near the pond or wooded areas.
