HOUSE SUPPLIES PROVIDED: - 1 dish sponge - 1 paper towel - 1 dish detergent - 6 extra trash bags - 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom - 2 to 3 dish washing capsules - Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom - Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - .25 Miles) Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, private pool, community pool, and on-site washer and dryer. Other community amenities include a fitness center. One last thing! Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes, etc.). Without it, you risk losing all rental fees with Vacation Alchemy if you cancel outside of your reservation’s cancellation period and policy. Other things to note INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION: - We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions! - Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival. - Kid friendly!
