The space *Pressure washing of building, walkways, and pool area occurring April 15, 2024-April 20, 2024 The condo features tile flooring throughout, and the living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and large flat-screen TV. A screened-in porch can be accessed from the living area and has an outdoor dining set. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The main bedroom, with sunny golf course views, has a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private ensuite with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. On the other side of the condo, you'll find two guest rooms- one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. The Links, are located in the Villages of Port Royal, near the Marriott Barony and Westin Hotel. The complex has easy access to the many bike paths on the island and offers a community pool.
