Cozy 3BR/2BA lakefront cabin on UTV/ATV trail

Nordvann Cabin is a newly refreshed 3 bedroom lakefront cabin nestled in Northwoods Mercer. On a full recreational lake with private pier and sandy shore. The bedrooms provide a queen-sized master bed. The corner bed is a cozy full-sized bed and the last provides a bunk bed with a full/twin-sized bed. The cabin also has two queen-sized pull-out sofas, a game room with a poker table and arcade game along with a bar for entertaining. Its 74' of eastern shores provide the best sunsets in the area. The space Styled to reflect our Norwegian family cabin, Nordvann brings a simple coziness to the living space. The lake brings back the memories we built with our grandparents, being able to go out fishing and enjoying the sunsets from the dock. The tranquility of the lake makes for great canoeing and the tall pines tower over head as the camp fire calls everyone for marshmallows. The game room and bar allow for things to stay up a bit later without disrupting those sleeping upstairs. Guest access Private pier is available. The garage will be partially available in the winter (the boat takes up a space in the garage) Other things to note We have firewood, two kayaks and fishing boat available for rental for guests. We offer an armful of firewood for each guest. If you plan on using more firewood, we ask for $5 a bundle with provided QR code. We have been successful using the honor system and hope we can continue this system. for use of the fishing boat, please contact us for more information. Note: water shoes are recommended if swimming next at the dock for all the clams in the water.
