Our beautiful, bright 95 sqm apartment on a dream property, right on the city border of Lüneburg, offers good amenities, a large bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, two car parking spaces on the property A cozy living room with dining table, fireplace, TV (including Netflix), Bluetooth box and games are available. Three bedrooms with comfortable, high double beds (two 180 x 200; one 140 x 200) invite you to dream. The space Beautiful, bright and 95 sqm large DG apartment in the two-family house on a fantastic 2,500 sqm property with trees, lawns and views of the countryside, just on the western city border of Lüneburg (Reppenstedt). Idyllic! Deer, rabbits and foxes can be observed in the adjacent field. Grey herons, woodpeckers and many garden birds like to live here and prove the attractiveness of the property. The historic city center of Lüneburg can be reached in minutes by car, bus and bicycle. But also a walk to Lüneburg is possible. In Reppenstedt you get everything for your everyday needs. The apartment has a cozy living/dining room with a fireplace and TV. A comfortable corner sofa and an armchair invite you to relax and, moreover, "Uno", "Backgammon" and a "Schmidt game collection" are at your disposal. Wi-Fi and Netflix can be used. Two regional daily newspapers can be accessed via a tablet and a Bluetooth box plays your music. The kitchen offers very good equipment (fridge/freezer, stove with extractor fan to the outside, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, pans, pots and much more). Dishes of Rosenthal, silverware of twins and glasses from Leonardo. In the bathroom with window there is a shower, bathtub, toilet, two sinks with a large mirror cabinet above, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A clothes rack and a rotary dryer in the garden, iron and ironing board are available. Feel free to bring your own towels. As an additional service, I am happy to offer the following (see below). Two large bedrooms have double beds 180 × 200 cm as well as three-door wardrobes and the third bedroom has a bed 140 × 200 cm, which can also be sufficient for two (pillows and blanket also available 2x here), as well as a two-door wardrobe. As you bed, you are, here with high sleeping comfort: All slatted frames are adjustable at the head and foot part as well as in the back area. The mattresses have a jetty height of 25 cm! and therefore the beds reach the entrance height of 60 cm. Comfortable pillows are there and four-season duvets allow you to make further adjustments according to your own wishes. Bed sheets are available (included). Exclusive, not included in the price, are linens and towels, which you are welcome to bring yourself. As an additional service, I am happy to offer the following (see below). A terrace with table, chairs and umbrella is available for the stay in the garden. A charcoal grill can be used. The garden house also has space for up to two bicycles. The garden house is lockable. If necessary, a basement room can also be offered by prior arrangement. There is also a parking space behind the house (usually sufficient for two cars and is not visible from the street). In addition, there is ample street parking (30-zone). A bus stop is within walking distance. Nearest station Lüneburg! It is also possible to the train station without changing trains. From there, Hamburg central station can be reached in about 30 minutes. Lüneburg public transport is already part of the Hamburg transport network. In Reppenstedt (another bus stop), the seasonal Heideshuttle, a ring line (ring 5), also stops, which leads to Döhle in the Lüneburg Heath and also offers the possibility of taking bicycles (please inform yourself about this offer yourself). In Reppenstedt, the following are also within walking distance: Rewe (with fresh food counter and post shop), Aldi, Penny, "regional and unpackaged food" shop, Rossmann, bookstore, bakery branches, doctor and dentist practices, hairdressing salon, pharmacies, opticians, hearing aid service, shoe repair service, tailor, savings bank, Volksbank ATM, etc. In Reppenstedt you will find restaurants with German, Greek and Iranian or international cuisine; the Iranian dishes must be ordered at least one day in advance at the Gilano restaurant, there are also croques, pizza, etc. without pre-order. In addition, there are snacks with and Turkish offer in Reppenstedt and an ice cream parlor. An Asian snack bar is based in our street - at least there, with a sushi offer and the Pizzahouse there are delivery services in Reppenstedt. More, of course, in Lüneburg. A gas station is located directly at the entrance to Lüneburg. Things to know: We don't have a 24-hour reception desk. You will receive the access code for the key box in good time before arrival. Permanent and immediate accessibility is generally provided, but cannot be guaranteed. In this respect, it is also not possible to provide spontaneous bed linen or towels in any case. Shower mats, bed sheets and dish towels are provided, included. Bed linen (normal size: pillows 80x80 cm, blankets 135x200 cm) and hand/shower towels will be happy to bring your own. The provision is, however, possible, but exclusive and by prior arrangement (not ironed/mangled): Bed linen per set: 5,- Euro.. hand/shower towel (70x140 cm) per set: 5,- Euros. Firewood is also exclusive, but can be purchased on site. A high chair and crib are not available and would have to be brought along. Likewise, it is currently not possible to offer charging for electric cars and it is pointed out that mobility costs are not included in the rental price. It is not a party-friendly apartment and a rental to youth groups is not offered. Guest access The key handover can take place via a key safe. The code will be communicated in good time before arrival. Other things to note The booking option is limited to 30 nights here. Please feel free to contact me if there is a need beyond that.
