Our beautiful, bright 95 sqm apartment on a dream property, right on the city border of Lüneburg, offers good amenities, a large bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, two car parking spaces on the property A cozy living room with dining table, fireplace, TV (including Netflix), Bluetooth box and games are available. Three bedrooms with comfortable, high double beds (two 180 x 200; one 140 x 200) invite you to dream. The space Beautiful, bright, 95-square-meter attic apartment in a two-family house on a stunning 2,500-square-meter property with trees, lawns, and views of the countryside, located right on the western edge of Lüneburg (Reppenstedt). Idyllic! Deer, rabbits and foxes can be seen on the adjacent field. Gray heroes, woodpeckers and many garden birds like to live here and prove the attractiveness of the property. By car, bus and bike, the historic city center of Lüneburg can be reached in a few minutes. But there is also a walk to Lüneburg. In Reppenstedt you will find everything for everyday needs. The apartment has a cozy living/dining room with fireplace and TV. A comfortable corner sofa and an armchair invite you to relax, and there are also “Uno,” “Backgammon,” and a “Schmidt game collection” available. Wi-Fi and Netflix can be used. Two regional daily newspapers can be accessed via a tablet and a Bluetooth box plays your music. The kitchen is very well equipped (fridge/freezer, stove with outdoor exhaust hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, pans, pots, and much more). Rosenthal tableware, Zwilling cutlery, and Leonardo glasses. In the bathroom with window there is a shower, bath, toilet, two sinks with a large mirror cabinet above, a hair dryer and a washing machine. A clothes rack as well as a clothes dryer in the garden, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Feel free to bring your own towels. As an additional service, I am happy to offer the provision (see below). Two large bedrooms have double beds 180x200 cm as well as three-door wardrobes and the third bedroom has a bed 140x200 cm, which can also be sufficient for two (pillow and blanket also available here 2x), as well as a two-door wardrobe. You made your bed, now lie in it – here, with a high level of sleeping comfort: All slatted bases are adjustable at the head and foot ends, as well as in the back area. The mattresses have a jetty height of 25 cm! and therefore the beds reach the entrance height of 60 cm. Comfortable pillows are there and four-season blankets allow you to make further adjustments according to your own wishes. Sheets are provided (included). Exclusive, not included in the price, are duvet covers and towels that can be brought yourself. As an additional service, I am happy to offer the provision (see below). For staying in the garden there is a terrace with table, chairs and parasol. A charcoal grill is available for use. In the garden house there is also space for up to two bicycles. The garden house is lockable. If necessary, a basement room can also be offered after due arrangements. There is also a parking space behind the house (usually sufficient for two cars and is not visible from the street). In addition, there is plenty of parking space on the street (30s zone). A bus stop is within walking distance. Nearest station Lüneburg! It is also possible to the train station without changing trains. From there, Hamburg Hbf. can be reached in about 30 minutes. Even Lüneburg public transport is part of the Hamburg Transport Association. In Reppenstedt (other bus stop) also stops the seasonal Heideshuttle, a ring line (Ring 5) that leads to Döhle into the Lüneburger Heide and also offers the possibility of taking a bike (please find out about this offer yourself). Reppenstedt is also within walking distance: Rewe (with freshness counter and post shop), Aldi, Penny, "food regional and unpacked"business, Rossmann, bookstore, bakery shops, doctor and dentist offices, hairdressers, pharmacies, opticians, hearing aid service, shoe repair service, Schneider, Sparkasse, Volksbank-Automat, etc. In Reppenstedt you will find restaurants with German, Greek and Iranian or international cuisine; the Iranian dishes must be ordered at least one day in advance at the Gilano restaurant, there are also croques, pizza, etc. without pre-order. In addition, there are snacks with and Turkish offer in Reppenstedt and an ice cream parlor. An Asian snack bar is based in our street - at least there, with a sushi offer and the Pizzahouse there are delivery services in Reppenstedt. More of course in Lüneburg. A gas station is located directly at the entrance of Lüneburg. Here's what you need to know: We don't have a 24-hour reception desk. You will receive the access code for the key box in good time before arrival. Permanent and immediate accessibility is generally given, but cannot be guaranteed. In that regard, not even that bed linen or towels can be provided spontaneously in any case. Shower rugs, sheets and dish towels are provided, included. Please bring your own bed linen (normal size: pillow 80 x 80 cm, blankets 135 x 200 cm) and hand/shower towels. On the other hand, the provision is possible, but exclusive and by prior arrangement (not lacking/ironed): Bed linen per set: 5 euros. Hand/shower towel (70 x 140 cm) per set: 5 euros. Firewood is also exclusive, but can be purchased on site. High chair and bed are not available and would please be brought with you. Likewise, we are currently unable to offer charging facilities for e-cars and it is pointed out that mobility costs are not included in the rental price. It is not a party-friendly apartment and a rental to youth groups is not offered. The nightly rates have been automatically increased starting in June 2026 because, from that point forward, Airbnb will charge the previous guest service fee as a pure host service fee of 15.5%. Guest access The key handover can take place via a key safe. The code will be communicated in good time before arrival. Other things to note The booking option is limited to 30 nights here.
