There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating and wi-fi internet connection. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels. The open-spaced living area has a sofa, two armchairs and a desk (without TV). Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including oven and dishwasher. There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen. Spiral stairs lead up to the double bedroom (150 x 200cm), bathroom and private terrace. There is an adjacent space to the bedroom with a sofa-bed, which completes the apartment capacity for up to 3 guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom gives direct access onto the private terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a second terrace available that works out as a solarium and viewpoint, with amazing views over Seville's rooftops. The solarium has 2 deck chairs and a pergola to give shade. The apartment is on the first / second floors of a residential building, without elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood - perfect for getting away from it all.
