The location is easily walkable to a bunch of fun spots and great food with 10+ bars and restaurants within a half-mile walk. Backyard features a 6-person hot tub and a 10ft cowboy plunge pool Great for your bachelorette soirée or family vacation to make sure y’all have a blast in Austin. The space The house has an open concept floor-plan, with a large kitchen with updated appliances, TV room (w sliding door that can make it a private 5th bedroom if needed), and dining room all in the main entertaining area. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are in the main house. Bedroom 4 is attached 400 sqft private studio. We also have a large office/sunroom, great for hanging out, reading or a day nap. The personal backyard has a seating area, a 6 person hot tub, a 10ft cowboy pool to cool off on hot days (winterized/empty 11/15-2/15), and a fire pit to warm up next to on cool nights. On the edges of the property in the personal front yard we also have an adorable small quail coup. The driveway is shared and allows two personal cars along the right side directly in front of the home for off street parking. Plenty of free street parking for any additional cars in your group. Please do now block the left side of the driveway to allow access to a different private home. Guest access There is key code access for the main house and studio. The front yard and back yard is private. The driveway is shared with another private home.
